Corey Todd Taylor (born 8 December 1973) is an American singer, musician, lyricist, and actor.
It is known as the band's lead singer and Slipknot and Stone's lyricist.
In 1992, Taylor's drummer manufactured Stone Sir with Ekman, plays in the des minefield, and works on the demo.
He joined Slipknot in 1997 to replace his original singer Anders Kolsefy and later released six studio albums with him.
After leaving the first two Slipknot albums Platinum, Taylor revived Stone Sauer in 2002 to record albums and tours.
His first Solo Studio Album, CMFT, was released on 2 October 2020 by Road or Records.
It has worked with several bands, including junk beer kidnap band, corn, distro, apocalypse, code orange,
anthrax, steel panther, tonight, live, reverse flying, and soolflivers.
Corey Todd Taylor was born on 8 December 1973 in Des Moines, Iowa.
He was mostly raised by his single mother in waterloo, Iowa, and described it as "holes in the ground with buildings around it".
He is German, Irish, and original American dynasty in favor of his father and Dutch and Irish in favor of his mother.
Around 1979, Taylor and his mother saw the Science-Fi series Bucks Rogers in the 25th century.
Prior to the series, there was a trailer for the 1978 horror film Halloween.
Taylor said that it "develops some feeling of slipknot".
While Halloween introduced Taylor to a mask and horror theme,
Taylor's grandmother introduced him to rock music, showing him a collection of Elvis Presley Records from the 1950s to the 1970s.
He specifically found songs such as "Teddy Bear", "in the Gilto", and "suspected brain" to appeal to his interests, describing them as "good times".
Taylor started listening to Black Sabbath at an early age, starting with his initial work.
